All our cakes and desserts are hand-crafted by staff that are committed to making everything by hand. And we mean everything right down to blind-baking tart bases so they retain their individuality. We have a brand new facility which is modern in look but we still treasure traditional values. All of our staff take part in ideas and inspiration and the development phase of any dessert is as important to us as the finished article.
